AI content calendar that fills itself and stays in sync with your approvals

SuperMarketer does not hand you an empty grid. It plans the month, writes each piece and places it on a calendar with a date, a channel and a status, so you can see the whole month of marketing on one screen and move anything with a drag.

The trouble with a calendar you have to fill

Most content calendars are spreadsheets or scheduler views that wait for someone to type in ideas. The grid looks organized for the first week, then the empty cells pile up, drafts live in three different documents and nobody can tell which post is approved. The calendar becomes a record of what was meant to happen rather than the place where work actually gets done.

One calendar for blog, social, email and ads

Every item from your 30-day plan appears on the calendar with its channel, working title and publish date. Switch between month and week views, filter by channel or brand, and open any item to read the full draft without leaving the page.

  • Blog articles up to 2,000 words with their SEO brief.
  • Social posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram with the suggested image.
  • Email campaigns and newsletters with subject line and preview text.
  • Ad copy variants for Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
  • On-page SEO fixes scheduled as tasks for your site.

Every item has a date from day one

Dates come from the plan, not from guesswork. Weekly themes decide what goes out when, so a comparison article lands before the social posts that reference it and the newsletter goes out after both. When the plan refreshes, new items are placed around what you already approved instead of overwriting it.

Drag an item to a new day and the plan adjusts

Pick up any card and drop it on another day. The new date is saved, the publishing slot moves with it and items that depended on it, such as an email that links to an article, are flagged so you can move them too. Need a quiet week for a holiday or a launch? Select the days and push everything forward in one move.

Status at a glance

Each item carries a color that tells you where it stands, and the color names appear in the legend next to the calendar.

ColorStatusWhat it means
GrayDraftingThe agent is still writing the item
AmberWaiting for approvalThe draft is in the queue and needs your decision
BlueScheduledApproved, or released by the autonomy dial, and waiting for its date
GreenPublishedLive on the connected channel
RedNeeds attentionRejected, failed to publish or blocked by a channel connection

Connected to the approval queue and the autonomy dial

The calendar and the approval queue are two views of the same items. Approve, edit, reject or regenerate a card in the queue and the calendar updates at once. Open an item on the calendar and you get the same four buttons. The autonomy dial you set per channel decides when an item turns from amber to blue.

  • Review everything keeps items amber until someone approves them.
  • Auto-publish after 24 h turns an item blue a day after it reaches the queue unless you edit or reject it.
  • Full autopilot schedules items straight away on their plan date.

The full workflow is explained on how it works.

Scale and Enterprise give each brand its own calendar, with 5 and 15 brands. Compare everything on the pricing page.

Can I add my own items to the calendar?

Yes. Add an item on any day, choose the channel and write it yourself or ask the agent to draft it from a short note. It counts toward your monthly limit only if the agent writes it.

What happens if I move a post past the end of the month?

It moves into the next plan period and the next plan is built around it.

Can my team see the calendar?

Yes. Every seat sees the calendar. On Enterprise, Viewers can read it without changing anything and Approvers see what is waiting for them.

Does the calendar publish by itself?

Only for channels where the autonomy dial allows it. On Review everything, an item stays amber until someone approves it.

Can I see the calendar before signing up?

Yes. The marketing plan generator builds your 30-day plan with dates, and week 1 is open without an account.
