Product

What exactly does SuperMarketer do?

It reads your website, asks six questions about your customers, goals, competitors, offers, banned words and approval rules, and builds a 30-day marketing plan. Then it drafts the work: blog articles, social posts, email campaigns, ad copy and on-page SEO fixes. Everything goes into one approval queue, publishes through your connected channels and is measured in a regular results report.

How is it different from a writing tool?

A writing tool waits for you to decide the topic, write the prompt, copy the output and post it yourself. SuperMarketer decides what to publish and when, based on your plan, does the writing, schedules each piece and reports what happened. You review decisions instead of producing them. The AI marketing agent page goes deeper into the difference.

Will it sound like us?

It learns your tone from the pages on your site and keeps a brand brief that includes the words you never want used. Every edit you make on a card teaches it more about your phrasing, so later drafts need fewer changes. On Enterprise you can lock brand vocabulary so required terms are always used and banned terms never appear.

How quickly do I see the first work?

The plan and the first drafts appear minutes after you answer the six questions. You can preview week 1 and the first post on your own site without an account using the marketing plan generator.

Can it handle more than one brand?

Starter and Growth cover 1 brand, Scale covers 5 and Enterprise covers 15. Each brand has its own brief, plan, queue and report, which suits agencies working for several clients.

Control and brand safety

Does anything go live without me?

Only if you allow it. The autonomy dial is set per channel. Review everything means nothing publishes until you click Approve. Auto-publish after 24 h sends an item live a day after it enters the queue unless you edit or reject it. Full autopilot publishes on schedule. Every account starts on Review everything.

What can I do with each draft?

Each card in the queue has four buttons. Approve schedules it, Edit lets you change the text, Reject drops it and Regenerate writes a new version of the same item.

Can several people approve content?

Yes. Growth includes 3 seats, Scale 10 and Enterprise 50. Enterprise adds the roles Owner, Approver, Editor and Viewer and approval chains, so a draft can pass through a marketer and then a manager before it publishes.

What if it gets a fact wrong?

Drafts are written from your site and your answers, and anything you have not approved stays in the queue. Edit or reject the card, and update the brand brief if a fact on your site has changed, so the next drafts use the right information.

Channels

Which channels does it work with?

WordPress and Webflow for your blog, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram for social, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and HubSpot for email, Google Ads and Meta Ads for ad copy, and Google Search Console and GA4 for measurement. The integrations page lists what each connection can and cannot do.

Does it spend money on my ad accounts?

No. Ad copy is pushed into Google Ads and Meta Ads for you to review and launch. SuperMarketer never sets budgets, bids or starts spending on its own.

How many channels can I connect?

Starter connects 3 channels, Growth 8, and Scale and Enterprise have no channel limit.

Data and security

Is my data used for training?

No. Your site content, brief, drafts and results are used only to do the work for your account and are never used to train public models.

Who owns the content?

You do. Every article, post, email and ad the agent writes for you is yours to publish, edit and reuse, during your subscription and after it ends.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can export your plans, drafts and reports at any time and delete your account and its data from your settings. Details are on the security page.

Billing

How much does it cost?

Starter is $49 a month, Growth $149, Scale $499 and Enterprise $1,490. Paying yearly halves each price, to $24, $74, $249 and $745 a month. Full limits are on the pricing page.

What if I cancel?

You cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and then stops renewing. Content you published stays where it is, and you can export the rest before access ends.

Do you give refunds?

Payments are final under our refund policy, except for a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service.

Does deleting a draft give me back a post on my limit?

No. Limits count the work produced in each billing period, so deleting an item does not return it. Limits reset at the start of every new period.

Still deciding
