How this compares with a freelancer or a hire

Typical market ranges in the US put a marketing freelancer at about 1,500 to 4,000 USD a month and a full-time in-house marketer at around 70,000 USD a year before benefits. Those are general market figures, not data from our accounts. SuperMarketer does not replace judgment about your business, but it covers the planning, drafting, publishing and reporting that usually fill most of those hours. Do plans renew automatically?

Yes. Every plan is a subscription that renews at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You cancel from your account settings in a few clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are final, as described in our refund policy. The exceptions are a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge and a total failure of the service. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not reverse a payment already taken.

What happens when I upgrade?

Moving to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, charges the price difference for the rest of the current period right away. The new limits apply the moment that payment goes through.

What happens when I downgrade?

The lower plan applies from your next billing period. A downgrade does not refund the difference to your card.

When do limits reset?

All monthly limits reset at the start of each billing period. Deleting a post, article or campaign does not return it to your limit, because the work was already produced.

Can I pay by invoice?

Invoice billing is available on the annual Enterprise plan. All other plans are paid by card at checkout.

Which currency do you charge in?

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply at checkout depending on your location.

Can I use SuperMarketer without paying?

There is no plan without payment. The only free part is a one-time demo on the homepage: enter your website and see a 30-day plan with week 1 and the first of three posts open to read, no account needed.
