In short
Every payment for a SuperMarketer plan is final. You can judge the output before paying with the one-time demo on our homepage, you can cancel renewals whenever you want, and we only return money for a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorize, or a total failure of the service on our side.
All sales are final
When you pay for a monthly or yearly plan, you buy access to the service and its monthly limits for that whole billing period. Access starts the moment the payment succeeds, and from that moment we begin reading your website, building your plan and generating work for your account.
- At checkout you expressly ask us to start the service immediately, without waiting for any cooling-off period to pass.
- Where the law gives a right to withdraw from a contract for digital services, you acknowledge that this right ends once performance has begun with your consent.
- If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the withdrawal right ends once we start providing the service at your express request and with your acknowledgment at checkout. If that consent was not given for your purchase, write to us and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you.
- Business customers buy the service for business purposes, and consumer cooling-off rules do not apply to those purchases.
What is never refunded
- Changing your mind after paying.
- Time left in a billing period that you did not use, in full or in part.
- A renewal that went through, including one charged after earlier failed attempts.
- Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date.
- Not liking the wording, tone or ideas in AI output. Regenerate and Edit are there for that, and the demo shows the style before you pay.
- Choosing a plan that turned out larger or smaller than you needed. You can change plans for the next period instead.
- Part periods after a downgrade or after cancelling, which stay active until their end.
- Usage already consumed, including items you later deleted or rejected.
The only exceptions
We return money in three situations, after checking our records.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same plan and period. We refund the extra charge.
- Unauthorized charge: a payment was made without your permission, and you report it to us within 14 days of the charge with enough detail for us to confirm it. We refund it and secure the account.
- Total failure of the service: SuperMarketer was unusable for your account for a sustained time because of a fault on our side, and you reported it to support@supermarketer.com while it was happening. We refund the affected part of the period or extend your plan, whichever you prefer.
Problems with a third-party channel you connected, such as a social network, email platform or ad account, are not a failure of our service.
How to raise a billing problem
Email support@supermarketer.com within 14 days of the charge. Send it from the email address on your SuperMarketer account and include the charge date, the amount and a short description of the problem. We reply by email, usually within two business days, and confirm whether one of the exceptions applies.
Please contact us before going to your bank. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a breach of our terms of service, and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
Renewals, failed payments and cancelling
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails, we retry it over the following days and may limit the account until it is paid. A renewal that succeeds on a later attempt is a normal renewal.
- You can cancel at any time in your account billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the current period stays active until it ends.
- Moving to a higher plan charges the difference for the rest of the period immediately. Moving to a lower plan applies from the next period.
Records we keep
To handle billing questions fairly and to answer payment disputes, we keep records of each purchase: the date, plan, amount and billing period, your acceptance of the terms and the immediate-start request at checkout, sign-ins to your account, and the usage and items generated during the period. These records are kept as described in our privacy policy.
