SuperMarketer

AI email marketing tool that writes, segments and sends your campaigns

SuperMarketer writes your campaigns and newsletters, suggests the right segment for each one, drafts subject lines worth opening and pushes the finished email to Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot, so your list hears from you on schedule.

The email list is your best channel and the one most often skipped

Email reaches people who already raised their hand, which makes it the cheapest channel most B2B companies have. It is also the first one to slip. A newsletter that was meant to go out every two weeks becomes a quarterly apology, and launch emails get written the night before.

Writing the email is only half the job. Someone has to decide who gets it, write a subject line that is not ignored, keep the preview text short, add a single clear call to action, build the campaign in the email platform, test it and schedule it. On a busy week that is the half that never happens.

  • Newsletters go out irregularly, so subscribers forget why they signed up
  • Everyone on the list gets the same message regardless of stage
  • Subject lines are written last and in a hurry
  • Drafts live in documents and never make it into the email platform

Email campaigns from plan to send

Emails are part of the 30-day marketing plan, scheduled on dates next to blog articles, social posts and ads, and tied to the offer you want to push that week.

Campaigns and newsletters

SuperMarketer writes one-off campaigns (a launch, a webinar invite, a price change, a renewal reminder) and recurring newsletters that collect the month's articles and news into one readable issue. Each email has a single goal and a single call to action.

Subject lines and preview text

For every email you get several subject line options with matching preview text, each with a different approach: curiosity, direct benefit, a number, a question. You choose one or keep two for an A/B test in your email platform.

Segments that match the message

When your email platform is connected, SuperMarketer reads the lists, tags and segments you already have and proposes which segment each email should go to. A trial user gets a different message than a long-time customer, and the card shows why the segment was picked.

Push to Mailchimp, Klaviyo and HubSpot

Approved emails are pushed to your account as a campaign draft or a scheduled campaign, with subject line, preview text, body and segment already filled in. Your templates, sender name and unsubscribe footer stay as they are in your platform.

Opens and clicks in the weekly report

The report shows opens, clicks and, where connected, leads from each campaign, what worked best and what SuperMarketer will change in the next sends.

You decide how much email goes out on its own

Each email is a card in the approval queue with Approve, Edit, Reject and Regenerate. Many teams keep email on Review everything, because a sent email cannot be unsent. Others set newsletters to Auto-publish after 24 h, which schedules the campaign a day after the draft lands unless you stop it. Full autopilot is there for teams that trust the brief.

An AI email marketing tool compared with built-in writing helpers

Email platforms include writing helpers, and they are useful inside one email. They do not plan the month, connect the email to your blog and ads, or choose segments based on your goals.

Email marketing questions

Does SuperMarketer send emails from its own servers?

No. It pushes the approved campaign to your Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot account, and your platform sends it with your sender name, domain and unsubscribe settings.

Can it use my existing email templates?

Yes. The campaign is created in your platform, so your saved template, header and footer are used. SuperMarketer fills in the subject line, preview text and body.

How does it pick segments?

It reads the lists, tags and segments that already exist in your connected account and matches them to the goal of each email. It does not create or delete contacts.

Can it write a welcome sequence?

Yes. A sequence of several emails is scheduled as separate campaigns in the calendar, and each email counts toward your monthly campaign limit.

What if I use a different email platform?

You can copy the approved email from its card, with the subject line and preview text, and paste it into any platform.
